It's all in your attitude,i believe that statement,so i strive to be up beat and embrace life,Its not always easy with the demands of life's responsibilities,but staying active and learning new things and finding reasons to laugh make the difference between staying young and living life in a rut.I enjoy exercising daily which either involves weight training or aerobics. I think it is important to exercise and also important to eat very healthy meals. I enjoy outdoors like going dancing with friends,yard work,home improvement,to nice romantic dinners and shopping at large malls. I enjoy romantic music and slow dancing as well as fast dancing,i equally enjoy spending time staying active and laying low, and am interested in finding a partner to enhance my life rather than complete it.I prefer romantic,attractive,affectionate woman. I believe that romance is a very important part of the relationship. I enjoy women who are confident with themselves and are not afraid to express themselves in a diplomatic way.I tend to be independent but at the same time very willing to share leadership.I don't need a mate (which seems to stress out some men) but would like to find a best friend to share life's adventures and quiet everyday moments.. A good friend told me recently that my "fortitude and unfailing cheerfulness are a reminder of the person that I can choose to be..." It's one of the best compliments I've received ever.I like women who are interested in exercise and physical fitness. I like women who read to improve themselves and find value in self help books. I also like women who are either spiritual but not necessary religious.
